Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
The essentials: StreamFlow is a media player. It provides no content. You alone are responsible for the sources you add and must hold the rights needed to watch them.
This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the StreamFlow app (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, Android, Android TV), published by João Barbosa, Monthey (Switzerland) — contact: support@stream-flow.ch. By using the app, you accept these terms. On the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. A player, not a provider
- StreamFlow does not contain, sell, recommend or list any channel, movie or IPTV service.
- You add your sources yourself (playlists, servers, TV boxes). You guarantee that you have the right to access and watch the corresponding content in your country.
- Using StreamFlow to access pirated or unauthorised content is prohibited.
- The built-in demo only contains public channels and open-licence works (Blender Foundation, CC BY).
3. Free version and StreamFlow PRO
The free version is limited (one playlist, reduced TV guide) and shows banners for StreamFlow PRO. StreamFlow PRO unlocks every feature and removes the banners:
- PRO monthly: CHF 5.90 per month; PRO yearly: CHF 42 per year (prices for Switzerland, automatically adjusted in other countries and shown before purchase).
- New subscribers get a one-week free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase (or at the end of the trial).
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.
4. Availability and liability
We do our best to make StreamFlow work well, but we cannot guarantee the availability, quality or legality of the sources added by users, nor the operation of third-party services (providers, servers, TMDB…). To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damage and limit it to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last twelve months.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and design belong to their publisher. The brands mentioned (Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, HDHomeRun, FRITZ!Box, Apple TV…) belong to their respective owners and are only mentioned to indicate compatibility. Movie pages use the TMDB API but are not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
6. Personal data
See our privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Monthey (Valais), subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
